- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the admissions funnel.
- Maintain and update the admissions database and CRM with accurate records.
- Conduct campus tours, webinars, or information sessions as required.
- Assist applicants in filling out forms and submitting required documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments (academics, finance, marketing) as needed.
- Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
- Handle objections or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Stay updated on the institution’s offerings, policies, and changes in education trends.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or Psychology preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in student counseling, education sales, or admissions (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
