**Role Summary** The position of Research Associate (outbound market research & survey) consists of conducting telephone surveys or interviews, explaining objectives and procedures to interviewees, compiling and recording results and data from interviews and surveys.
**Responsibilities** - Collect data by doing survey calling - Compile, record, code results and data from interviews or surveys;
- Deal with unpleasant, angry, or discourteous individuals;
- Explain survey objectives and procedures to interviewees;
- Identify and report problems in obtaining valid data;
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in interviewee's responses;
- Interpret survey questions to help interviewee's comprehension
**Expirence** 0.6-1 years
**Min Education Qualification** UG or Graduate
**Preffered Education Qualification** UG or Graduate
**Certificates** NA
**Skill Needed** Good Communication Skills, Knowledge of E-Commerce, Customer Handling Skills
**Preffered Domain Knowledge** BPO, Call Center, Customer Handling, E-Commerce
