**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

You leverage your end-to-end UX skills to conceptualize and execute product designs that shape the future of Western Union for many years to come. You will be working with a small team of UX designers that are passionate about their work and the impact it has on our customers.

You’ve spent at least 5 years perfecting your skills and can jump into new projects with ease. When friends ask what you do all day, you say “UX” in response, but design and testing come into play as well. We use Sketch as our primary tool but all come with a background in the Adobe CS Suite which we leverage on occasion as well. You might have other tools you can’t live without - so do we, and we always love to see how others tick.You’ve built a few websites or mobile apps and you know your HTML+CSS well enough to build what you design or close enough to let an expert take over. You understand how UI specifications impact and guide developers. You have good attention to detail and can document UI issues in a QA or UAT environment.

You know Sketch or at minimum Figma, Photoshop or XD. You have a strong sense of ownership: you feel great pride in the work you do and a passion to push things forward for the company. You’ve used various services like Dropbox and Box to collaborate and share your work and you understand the need to keep things organized and accessible so that others can find your work as easily as you can.
