**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the refractory industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate refractory solutions to address their specific requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and technological advancements to anticipate market changes and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress against goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote our products and services and enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the refractory industry.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
