KAS Direct Sourcing (India) Private Limited is a part of KAS Group Asia (KGA), the exclusive direct sourcing arm of Kmart Group that operates the iconic retail brands Kmart Australia, Target Australia and Catch. **Sourcing Merchandiser (General Merchandise)**
- Independent handling of the account
- Day to day co-ordincation with buyer and supplier
- Working on Critical Path to meet the timelines.
- Arranging PPM & Production meetings with supplier and quality team.
- Sourcing new and potential suppliers
- On time updation and escalation to relevant stake holders
- Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the target costs
- Open to travel

**Traits & Abilities**:

- 6 to 8 years of industry experience
- Excellent in verbal and written Skills
- Analytical thinker
- Should be familiar with SAP working
- Efficient in working on excel and making presentations.
