**Job Title**: Sales Executive (Real Estate - Construction)

**Location**: Mumbai Central

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting & Client Identification**: Identify and prospect potential clients within the construction industry to expand the customer base.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- **Product Demonstrations & Presentations**: Present and demonstrate construction products, services, and solutions to clients, emphasizing their unique features and benefits.
- **Needs Assessment & Recommendations**: Understand clients’ specific requirements, budget constraints, and preferences to provide tailored recommendations and customized solutions.
- **Sales Negotiation & Closure**: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions that benefit both the company and the client.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Collaborate closely with internal teams (project managers, engineers, architects, estimators) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- **Industry Awareness & Competitor Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge and provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **Customer Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any client complaints or concerns, ensuring prompt and efficient problem-solving to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- **Sales Reporting & Forecasting**: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential opportunities for growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction products, services, and solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools for customer relationship management and sales tracking.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and complaints.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
