**Bank Reconciliation**: Matching and reconciling bank statements with the company's financial records.

**Expense Management**: Managing and processing employee expenses.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Monitoring and managing payments and receivables.

**Financial Reporting**: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports.

**Payroll Processing**: Assisting in the preparation and processing of payroll.

**General Administrative Tasks**: Handling routine administrative tasks related to finance.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is often preferred, but not always mandatory.

**Experience**: Entry-level positions may not require extensive experience, but relevant internships or previous accounting-related roles are a plus.

**Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel is often essential.

**Attention to Detail**: Accuracy is critical in accounting. An ability to pay attention to details is a key attribute.

**Organizational Skills**: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

**Communication Skills**: Good communication skills are important, especially when interacting with colleagues and external contacts.

**Analytical Skills**: Basic analytical skills are needed to understand and interpret financial data.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
