Job Summary:
A telecaller plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue by making outbound calls to prospective customers and providing information about products or services. The primary goal is to convert leads into customers or schedule appointments for sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our product and service.

2. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening during phone conversations.

3. Product/Service Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of the company's product or service and be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits.

4. Customer Interaction: Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers over the phone. Address their inquiries and concerns.

5. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches and product presentations to persuade potential customers to take the desired action, such as making a purchase or setting up an appointment.

6. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including call logs, responses, and lead information.

7. Targets and Quotas: Meet or exceed assigned small sales targets and quotas for lead generation and conversion.

8. Follow-up: Make follow-up calls to interested prospects, nurturing them through the sales process until a successful conversion.

9. Script Adherence: Adhere to company-approved scripts and guidelines for consistency and compliance.

10. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and report it to the management team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fresher or proven experience in telemarketing, tele calling, or sales is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive and confident in making outbound calls.
- Good knowledge of the products or services being promoted.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or call center software for call management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Patience, persistence, and a positive attitude.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
