**Job Overview**:The Telecaller plays a vital role in driving business growth by making outbound calls to potential customers or clients. The primary objective of a telecaller is to promote products, services, or campaigns, generate leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The telecaller interacts with prospects over the phone, providing information about offerings and addressing their inquiries to persuade them to take the desired action.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists, databases, or leads generated through marketing efforts.
**Product/Service Promotion**: Introduce and promote products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
**Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads by assessing their interest, needs, and suitability for the offered products or services.
**Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
**Relationship Building**: Build rapport and establish positive relationships with potential clients to create a favorable impression of the company.
**Handling Objections**: Address customer objections or concerns effectively by providing relevant information and addressing their queries.
**Appointment Setting**: Schedule appointments or demonstrations for sales representatives to further discuss products or services.
**Database Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and customer details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
**Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer additional questions, and maintain engagement with potential customers.
**Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets as set by the organization.
**Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to assist in refining sales strategies and improving products or services.
**Adherence to Guidelines**: Ensure compliance with company policies, scripting guidelines, and relevant regulations, such as telemarketing laws.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant phone manner.
- Persuasive and confident attitude with the ability to influence potential customers.
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Patience and empathy in handling customer objections or complaints.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to enter and manage data accurately.
- Goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
