- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
- Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Analyze metrics to optimize engagement and reach.

**Employer Branding**:

- Partner with HR to promote employee success stories and workplace culture.
- Develop campaigns to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Organize and promote events like job fairs and webinars.

**Content Creation & Analytics**:

- Write, edit, and design compelling content (blogs, videos, visuals).
- Track and report KPIs, using insights to refine strategies.

**Skills & Competencies**
- Proven experience in social media strategy and execution.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and social media trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
