- Generate regular reports for management
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in back-office or administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
