Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and execute social media campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency.
- Assist in organizing and executing offline marketing events and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital and orthodox marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with traditional marketing methods such as print media, event management, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary and Benefits:

- Competitive salary range of 20,000 to 30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:
