**Job Summary**

The Factory Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production facility. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from scheduling and material management to quality control and inventory control. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain production schedules that meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with various departments, such as engineering, purchasing, and quality control, to ensure a seamless production flow.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Oversee the work of production staff and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain production-related documentation, including reports and logs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and implement improvements in the production process.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing Engineering, Production Management)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing coordination role
- Strong understanding of production planning and scheduling principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Knowledge of water purification systems (a plus)
