**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and respond to incoming calls on the prayer line with warmth, empathy, and discretion.
- Offer biblically sound and Spirit-led prayer for callers’ requests.
- Listen attentively and offer emotional and spiritual support to those in crisis or distress.
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of all callers and prayer requests.
- Record prayer requests accurately for follow-up and team intercession (if applicable).
- Refer callers to appropriate ministry departments (pastoral care, counseling, etc.) when necessary.
- Participate in team prayer, training sessions, and spiritual development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Familiarity with Scripture and ability to pray confidently and compassionately.
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
- Able to handle sensitive or emotionally intense conversations with grace and calm.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical prayer ministry practices.
- Previous ministry or prayer team experience preferred.
- Comfortable using basic phone systems or call-center tools (if applicable).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
