The opportunity
- Responsible for handling the entire inbound/outbound team deployed at the location which includes defining each team members KRA, monitoring of KRA, tracking of these KRA every month and giving the feedback to each team member to improve on the performance.
- Responsible for 100% compliance with the inbound & outbound process.
- Responsible for ensuring day-to-day activities such as loading, unloading process are in line with SOP.
- Responsible for handling nonconformance related to CFA’s as mismatches (product, MRP, expiry, batch), wrong dispatch, shortage/excess etc.
- Responsible to coordinate with Reckitt representative, transporter team, factory team & vendor (Manpower provider for loading & unloading) for smooth operation.
- Responsible for internal and external audit nonconformance observed. Coordinate with internal and external auditor for closing of NC.
- Responsible for documents record kept in proper place and also responsible for good documentation practices and basic “5S”.
