Role Description
**Role Description**: Process Associate - Business operations
An Associate ensure accurate execution and trading of new assets and security positions. Build rapport with other Operations Associates to ensure operational efficiencies. Identify inefficiencies and work to implement new processes and procedures to improve quality and productivity.
Role and responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to build ITIL processes
- Create and implement ITIL processes for Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
- Create and build workflows for Service Requests
- Identify types of requests and approval matrix
- Work with stakeholders and clients for requirements gathering
- Create process flow diagrams and process documents
- Create workflows and work with technical teams in implementing the workflows in JIRA service management
- Define SLAs and measurement criteria for each process
- Create SOP documents for helpdesk and other teams
**Skills**:
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience in creating workflows for Service Requests
- Experience with JIRA Service Management will be an added advantage
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in ITIL.
- ITIL Foundation Certified
- Graduation or equivalent Degree
