**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with product management to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction,

visuals, and experience.
- Bridging the gap between the user, the development team, and key business stakeholders.
- Executing all visual design stages from concept to final.
- Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and In Vision).
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and web/mobile design best

practices.
- Strong experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and clients.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering user-centered solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹550,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
