We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Junior IT Networking Administrator. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the maintenance and optimization of our network infrastructure. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in the field of IT networking.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software components.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues to ensure optimal uptime and performance.
- Collaborate with senior team members to implement network security measures and protocols.
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network-related concerns and inquiries.
- Assist in the documentation of network configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT networking.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Oversee the organization's asset management system, including tracking inventory, maintaining records, and coordinating asset procurement and disposal.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers.
- Handle administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Familiarity with network hardware devices including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to Commute:

- Mohali, Punjab (required)
