**Job Title**: Sales Assistant

**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**About this role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Accompany the sales team during product demonstrations, providing support and assistance as needed.

2. Coordinate and manage the sales team's schedule, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are accurately recorded and followed.

3. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales leads, and follow-up actions.

4. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

5. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

6. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

**Qualifications**:
1. Any graduate with a High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as it will be required for product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Prior experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and an ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
