**Job Title: Industrial Relations Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Collaborate with labor unions or employee representatives to negotiate and implement labor agreements, contracts, and workplace policies.
- Monitor employee morale and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance job satisfaction.
- Provide guidance to management on labor laws, regulations, and compliance matters.
- Assist in resolving conflicts and disputes between employees, supervisors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and other employee-related matters.
- Develop and conduct training programs to educate employees and supervisors about company policies, labor laws, and conflict resolution techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations activities and communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in employee relations.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹49,921.99 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
