**What You’ll Do**
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and adoption of LEDSAK CRM.
- Manage client accounts, build strong relationships, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs for client teams.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance platform features.
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain detailed client records and support tickets in CRM (we practice what we preach).
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and escalations.
- Monitor client usage patterns and recommend best practices to improve ROI.

**Qualifications**
- 1- 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer success (preferably in SaaS or CRM platforms).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, Kylas, or Pipedrive.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver a high-quality experience.
- Proactive, resourceful, and startup-minded team player.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
