Position

1. Site Incharge for project of laying under & on ground pipe laying work in Madhya Pradesh. Together with STP WORK Education & Work Experience

1. Diploma/BTech in Civil/Mechanical/Chemical

2. Experience in Water/Sewage pipe line with STP construction and operation preferred.

Role & Requirement

1. Competent to analyse survey reports, Maps, drawings, topographical or geologic data to plan projects.

2. Acting as single-point contact for Client, sub-contractors, coordinating with sub-contractors and site personnel's during surveying, execution, testing & commissioning of the project.

3. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications

4. Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.

5. Knowledge of surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.

6. Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.

7. Planning and execution of project activities, reviewing designs and drawings while ensuring compliance with quality plans.

8. Contractor management, work measurements and timely billing of sub-contractors.

9. Reporting to HO with daily & weekly progress report for the site.

10. Responsible for timely billing to client of all executed items by in house team or sub-contractors, payment from client, approval of extra items and variations, reconciliation of materials issued to sub-contractors.

11. Taking permissions from respective departments for clearance of lands for Civil structures and laying of pipe

12. Leading the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks, and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones.

13. Coordinating with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procuring required services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers.

1. Proven experience, especially in Pipeline work & Construction industry

2. Experience in the water supply is preferred.

3. Handling of clients & other authorities.
