**Profile**: Social Media Associate

**CTC (Cost to Company**): 18k - 25k per month

**Working Days**: Monday - Saturday (one day work from home)

**Timings**: 10 am - 6 pm

**Location**: A6, Nav Meghdoot, opposite Vijay Sales, Linking Road, Bandra West, Mumbai 50

**Hiring Process**:

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Creating eye-catching graphics, images, and videos using Canva and other design tools.
- Developing and curating content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Crafting on-brand copy for social media posts, captions, and hashtags.
- Scheduling and publishing content based on content calendars.
- Monitoring and engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages professionally.
- Analyzing social media performance using analytics tools and preparing reports.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align social media content with overall goals.
- Assisting in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns as needed.

**Qualification**:

- Expected experience and skills
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creativity and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to meet deadlines.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
- C. Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
