
Client Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering their questions and offering support during their coaching experience.
- Build and maintain friendly and professional relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring a positive experience.
2. Onboarding and Coordination:
- Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, including helping to schedule consultations and providing them with key information about the services.
- Help coordinate coaching schedules, ensuring smooth communication between clients and coaches.
3. Communication and Support:
- Follow up with clients after coaching sessions to gather feedback and check on their satisfaction with the services provided.
4. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain up-to-date client records and track important interactions and feedback.
- Assist with preparing internal reports and client-facing materials as needed.
5. Client Engagement and Retention:
- Support the creation and implementation of client engagement activities such as webinars, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in identifying ways to improve client retention and satisfaction.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with coaches and other team members to ensure client needs are met and aligned with available services.
- Provide input to help improve overall client services and internal processes.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and build rapport.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM software is an advantage but not mandatory.
- A proactive and empathetic attitude towards client interactions, showing patience and a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable using social media platforms for client communication and engagement.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
