**Working Hours**

9.30 pm to 6.30 pm

**Key Responsibilities**

1.Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events, Coordinate with companies for recruitment, internships, and placement opportunities.

2.Build and maintain relationships with corporate companies, HR professionals, and industry leaders.

3. Guide and mentor students on resume writing, interview skills, and corporate etiquette, arrange workshops, guest lectures, and mock interviews to enhance student employability.

4. Maintain records of placements, internships, and student performance in interviews.

5.Engage with alumni to create networking opportunities for current students.

**Qualifications**

1.Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.

2. 3-5 years of experience in placement coordination or corporate relations in an educational institution.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

4.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with database management.

5.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

6.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
