**- Engaged in handling calls Inbound Calls For US Travel Process.**

**- Ability to work effectively in a team environment Pleasant, professional, and courteous personality skills**

**- Excellent verbal and written communication skills**

**- Ability to Identify Opportunity and Implement Process Improvement**

** Possess excellent English communication skills**

** Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work.**

** Should be flexible with night shift**
