**Responsibilities**
- Experienced in Government Contracts Work
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment expenses
- Monitor and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying any potential cost-saving opportunities
- Analyze contracts and identify any discrepancies or risks, providing recommendations for mitigation
- Prepare detailed tender documents, including bills of quantities and pricing schedules
- Conduct on-site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with contractual agreements and building regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any financial or contractual issues that may arise
- Review and negotiate variations and claims, ensuring fair and prompt settlements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, building regulations, and industry standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
