Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our

focusing on corporate laws, commercial agreements or liquidations. This role offers

an excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on experience in a dynamic legal

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

including contracts, joint ventures, and other corporate documents.
- Provide legal support on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory

matters.
- Assist in corporate restructuring and liquidation processes, including

preparation of necessary documentation and liaising with regulatory bodies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support various corporate law matters.
- Support senior legal staff in managing and executing complex transactions

and corporate projects.
- Stay updated with current legal trends and changes in corporate law to ensure

the company’s practices remain compliant and proactive.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and legal opinions as required.
- Participate in client meetings and provide legal advice in a professional

manner.
- Visit NCLT for relevant assignments and cases.

Qualifications:

- L.L.B. (3 Years or 5 Years) or equivalent law degree from an accredited

institution.
- 1-2 years of experience in particularly in the areas of corporate laws,

liquidations, NCLT/Court visits and commercial agreements.
- Decent understanding of corporate governance, compliance issues, and

liquidation processes.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks

efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Experience**:

- Litigation: 2 years (preferred)
