We aim to take the online gaming experience to a whole new level with engrossing graphics and smooth gameplay. **About the role**: Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business. Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders. **Expectations/ Requirements**: 1. Managing 24x7 Gaming Operations for individual or multiple Games 2. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must for this role. 3. Managing the Backend Panels for the Games related to every Attribute that matters 4. Designing and Running Tournaments, Managing Prizes, Gratifications, Leaderboard, Resolving User Experience Issues 5. Knowledge of tools like - Clevertap will be an added advantage 6. Report issues and Suggestions to Improve the Gaming Experience 7. Super Energetic, Operation Junkie 8. Knowledge and experience of Product, Gaming Ops preferred Love for Games is a must 9. Smart thinking and clear communication 10. Use and continually develop leadership skills 11. Be a brand ambassador for First Games - Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant **Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role** 1. High level of drive, initiative, and self-motivation 2. Strong MS Office skills (Excel + Word proficiency is a must) 3. Knowledge of Macros will be an added advantage 4. Proactive with logical aptitude ability 5. Good command over English (Verbal + Written) 6. Willingness to experiment and improve continuously 7.
