**Job Description / Responsibilities**:
Ø Evaluating tender documents, drawings, schedules.

Ø Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers.

Ø Comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations.

Ø Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product.

Ø Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.

Ø Pricing for electrical / mechanical systems

Ø Assisting in compiling of tenders.

Ø Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.

Ø Preparing purchase orders, AMC, Contract, Agreements & Work Order and placing same to suppliers & contactors.

Ø Vendor development, monitor new suppliers/vendors for quotation.

Preparation of payment advice and follow up with accounts department on a regular basis for release of payments.
- Also, Interested to handle sub-contracting Jobs will be added advantage.

Proficiency in Computer knowledge is mandatory

**Desired work experience**_(in complete years)_: Electrical (Planning & Procurement ) **03-05 yrs**
