**Job Title: Ayurvedic Doctor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Trials**:

- Conduct and supervise product clinical trials
- Prepare clinical protocols, manage patient screening, and monitor trial progress.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and clinical trial regulations.
- Document and analyse trial outcomes to provide actionable insights.
- **Market Research**:

- Create questionnaires, discussion guides, identify/network physicians
- patients-customers and other groups for market research study
- Roll out and consolidate findings
- **Formulation Development**:

- Collaborate with R&D team to optimize product effectiveness and safety.
- Oversee ingredient sourcing and ensure formulations align with regulatory standards.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Handle documentation and registration of new products with AYUSH or relevant authorities.
- Ensure products comply with GMP and other industry-specific standards.
- **Publications and Knowledge Sharing**:

- Prepare scientific publications, white papers, and case studies to highlight clinical trial results and formulation effectiveness.
- Create monographs or dossiers on herbs and natural sources
- Represent the organization in conferences, seminars, and industry events.
- Conduct trainings to marketing team on the products for launch and sales activity
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Train staff on Ayurvedic principles and product usage as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) is mandatory.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a relevant field, including:

- Practising physician
- Conducting clinical trials.
- Publishing research in journals or conferences.
- Ayurvedic formulation development.
- Regulatory affairs and product registration.

**Key Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and formulations.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for publications and documentation.
- Familiarity with AYUSH and other regulatory guidelines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for research and development.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
