- **2+ years** in sales with **team handling experience**:

- **Lead generation** and **cold calling** expertise
- **Banking sector knowledge** (Loans, Cards, Deposits)
- Proven track record in **achieving sales targets**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Lead and manage** sales team to achieve targets
- **Generate leads** through cold calling and market research
- **Sell banking products** (Personal Loans, Credit Cards, FDs, Insurance)
- **Train team members** on sales techniques and product knowledge
