**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers to generate referrals.
- Conduct field visits to establish partnerships and enhance the hospital's visibility.
- Organize and participate in health camps, seminars, and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the management on marketing activities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a marketing or business development role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage fieldwork effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel locally for work.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English.

**Salary**: Based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
