Job Description: Marketing Executive(Threos & NS Foundation)
**Position Title**: Marketing Executive
**Location: Chennai**
**Reports to**: Senior Manager

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Position Overview**:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for building relationships with the community, promoting the hospital's services, and organizing health-related events. They will coordinate programs, provide health education, and ensure the hospital is seen as a trusted resource for healthcare.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Community Engagement**:
**1.**Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses.

2.Represent the hospital at community events and meetings.

3.Create partnerships with other healthcare providers and community groups.

**Event Planning and Execution**:
1.Plan and organize health fairs, workshops, and free screenings.

2.Coordinate all details for outreach events, including locations, materials, and staff.

3.Promote hospital services through events.

**Health Education**:
1.Develop and distribute materials that educate the public about health topics and hospital services.

2.Lead workshops or health talks to inform the community.

**Marketing Support**:
**1.**Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials for outreach activities.

2.Help with social media and online content related to community outreach.

**Reporting and Analysis**:
1.Measure the success of outreach programs and report results to hospital leadership.

2.Track event participation and gather feedback for future improvements.

**Collaboration**:
1.Work with hospital and Foundation teams (e.g., marketing, clinical, volunteers) to ensure outreach efforts align with hospital goals.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree, or a related field.

**Experience**:
1 to 2years of experience in event planning, or healthcare marketing.

Experience in healthcare is a plus.

**Skills**:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to organize and manage events.

Comfortable working with various departments and community partners.

Willingness to travel as required to attend conferences and meet with medical professionals.

**Job Type**: Full-time

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: ₹8,814.90 - ₹32,045.21 per month
