We are looking for a
**Footwear Sourcing** specialist to undertake a variety of Sourcing responsibilities. These would involve Creating and executing seasonal sourcing strategy for assigned products. Coordinate with Manufacturing Partners to select the most appropriate manufacturing source to meet quality and pricing needs. Manage and foster key relationships from innovation to execution, with both internal partners and external vendors along with focusing on ensuring high quality standards. Leverage understanding of the nuances of footwear production, quality and supply to lay groundwork for cultsport future in the technical/performance footwear space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, lead, and execute sourcing strategies along with vendor management
- Analyzing and visualizing data for use in decision making and strategy formation
- Liaison with the vendor on the status for new developments, production, dispatches, etc.
- Operations Management and strict Quality control
- Understanding the operations/Quality SOP and TAT and building Quality/product benchmarks.
- Coordinate between the vendor and operations for Releasing Purchase Orders, getting Warehouse Appointments and ensure timely stock deliveries
- Communicate with the Business Team on new styles launches, delivery plans, etc.
- Regular catch-up with all the vendors and internal stakeholders on development and production status and maintain a tracker for review.
- Work closely with the Business and Design team for understanding the Seasonal Development requirement and ensuring timely completion.
- Post development completion, arrange range review meet for final selection.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 5 - 7 years of work experience into footwear sourcing
- Knowledge of Footwear Manufacturing industry.
- Experience of Footwear sourcing and vendor management.
- Formal Education from Footwear Design Development Institute (FDDI) would be preferred.
- Ability to develop good interpersonal skills and relationships with key stakeholders.
- High energy Strong bias for Action.
- Mind set for taking initiatives and owing responsibility.
