Job Title: Credit Card Sales

Ensomerge, a brand owned by Perpetual B2B Sales, has been at the forefront of providing unparalleled Inside Sales Support to organizations worldwide for the past 12 years.

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telesales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key part of our sales operation, you will connect with potential customers to promote the offerings, explain the benefits, and guide them to make smart financial choices.

The organization you would be supporting is a fast-growing financial solutions platform dedicated to simplifying personal finance management. We empower individuals with tools and insights to make informed decisions about their finances.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calls:

- Make proactive calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Understand customer needs and present relevant financial products and services.

2. Product Promotion:

- Clearly explain features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Address customer queries and resolve objections effectively.
- Generate leads

3. Data Management:

- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and conversions in the CRM.
- Maintain an organized database to ensure seamless follow-ups.

4. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Provide customer insights to help improve product offerings and sales scripts.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in telesales, or related roles (experience in financial services is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive demeanor.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for customer success.

The work timings are 10:30am - 06:30pm 6 days a week.

This is a remote job and requires you to have

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
