The **Accounts Receivable Executive** is responsible for managing customer invoicing, tracking payments, following up on outstanding balances, and ensuring accurate financial records. The role requires attention to detail and basic knowledge of accounting principles.

**1. Invoice & Payment Processing**
- Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Ensure all invoices are recorded in the accounting system.
- Process incoming payments and match them with customer accounts.

**2. Collections & Follow-ups**
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
- Escalate unresolved payment issues to management.

**3. Reconciliation & Reporting**
- Reconcile AR balances with customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare AR aging reports and share updates with management.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

**4. Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations (e.g., GST, TDS, VAT) while processing invoices.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and customer communication.
- Support internal and external audit requirements.

**5. Process Improvement**
- Identify and suggest improvements in the AR process for better efficiency.
- Assist in automation and digitization initiatives related to accounts receivable.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent).
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year in an Accounts Receivable or related finance role.
**Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software Tally.
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines and multitask efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
