Primary position

Objectives
- To achieve faster turnaround of trucks/trailors & containers
- Ensuring proper documentation related to s/line, customs, and Railways.
- To ensure compliance related to EXIM, customs & railways.
- Ensuring Proper Customer Correspondence and relationship
- Ensuring Operational KPIs are achieved.

- Key responsibilities
- Responsible for smooth operations at Gate, yard, rail & warehouse (EXIM/Domestic).
- Ensure timely gate in and gate out operations as per SLAs.
- Ensure to prepare various reports & showing with concerned in time.
- Ensure there should not be any revenue leakages.
- Plan to utilize equipment optimally and its proper management.
- Ensure to bring efficiency in operations by providing best timely service to customers.
- To have zero customer complaints.
- Cost saving initiatives.
- To follow safety and security norms of the company strictly and its implementation on the ground.
- To maintain relationships with internal employees as well as with external vendors/ Customers/ Govt. authorities.
- To follow strictly the SOPs of Gate, Yard, Rail & warehouse operation
- Ensure timely loading/unloading of containers as per TAT.
- Need to unload all the SKUs batchwise and ensure timely GR and Put-away.
- Overall responsibility for Gate operation
- Maintaining Gross Margin at format level.
- Managing Team off-roll and on-rolls Attrition within 5%
- Maintaining Customer Level Operations SLA
- Maintaining Customer Level Transpiration SLA.
- On arrival of vehicle at gate, check DO validity for Import container, collect booking copy for export container.
- Preparation of Gate In/Out Job order in Elogisol / YMS.
- Conduct container survey (for Import Seal Checking & external condition and for Export internal & external condition).
- Updating container details in Elogisol.
- Issuing Gate In/Out gate pass.
- After security checking (Gate Pass & Seal) Gate In/Out container in YMS/Elogisol.
- Updating Gate In/Out master file and sharing the same with all concern on daily basis.
- Submitting the empty container job orders which will not be handover at ICD Thimmapur, to finance team for billing purpose.
- Updating Stock Report and sharing the same with all concerned.
- Maintaining Inventory of Import, Export & Empty containers and sharing the same with all concerned

**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES**
- Good Communication skills in English language, both oral and written.
- Qualification - Graduate / Experience - Minimum - 5 years.
- To have very good knowledge of word, excel & PPT as well as Software.
