Ono Teas is a boutique shop of over 120 handcrafted herbal Health and Wellness Teas carefully crafted to prevent Lifestyle Disorders. While keeping the therapeutic value in mind, our master blenders ensure mesmerising aroma and taste in every tea we craft.
We create Full Leaf Premium Teas as a healthy alternative to caffeinated and aerated drinks. Some of our flagship products include Whiskey Tea - India's First Non-Alcoholic Tea which has the aroma and taste like Whiskey, 3 Paan Sheesha - a 100% Herbal concoction mimicking the 3 Paan Sheesha flavor and so on.
Unlike regular tea providers, we at Ono Teas have chosen and handcrafted unique artisan teas for every moment you want to cherish, whether it is your moments of Solitude, company for those little Conversations with friends and loved ones or just a cup of tea for gossiping with office buddies.
**Responsibility:
- **
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target corporate clients, HORECA clients
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in corporate organizations, HORECA clients to understand their requirements and build strong relationships
- Actively seek out new customers and establish relationships to promote and sell our FMCG products and herbal tea products.
- Present, demonstrate, and explain the features and benefits of our products to potential clients.
**Requirements**:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Horeca sales within the tea industry.
- Strong knowledge of tea products, including different types, flavors, and brewing methods, specifically within the Horeca sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Horeca B2B sector.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events within the Horeca sector.
- English communication mandatory.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
