**Job Title**: CNC Operator

**Job Summary**:
The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role involves interpreting blueprints, loading materials into the machine, adjusting settings, and monitoring the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up CNC machines by loading programs, tooling, and raw materials according to job specifications.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
- Perform machine calibration and adjustments to ensure accurate production of parts.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain quality and productivity.
- Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
- Troubleshoot issues with machine operation and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to optimize production processes and resolve technical issues.
- Document production activities, including machine settings, tool changes, and inspection results.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience operating CNC machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, tooling, and machining techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in performing machining tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to perform measurements and calculations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification may be preferred.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed.
- Adherence to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
