Brand Designer-ii

**Your Role**:
As a**_ Brand_**_ _**_Designer II_**, you will use your knowledge and expertise of typography, color, layout, and image manipulation to create visually appealing designs that clearly communicate our core product offerings to our customers. In addition to our design team, you will work closely with our creative directors, project managers, and marketing team to produce world-class assets for print and digital and ensure that all deliverables maintain a look and feel that is consistent with our brand.

**A Day in the Life**
- Leverage your experience and skills in creative design to help stakeholders achieve company and marketing goals, including brand awareness, demand generation and lead conversion.
- Create branding projects from the ground up, develop campaigns, lead a team of designers, provide quality art and creative direction, and improve apps, websites, and onsite digital experiences.
- Deliver a consistent visual expression of the Innovaccer branding across all media.
- Manage all creative design, from concept to delivery, including prioritizing work, reviewing and clarifying creative briefs, building and presenting concepts to stakeholders, and soliciting and incorporating feedback to finalize executions within agreed upon timelines and budget.
- Develop, iterate and execute creative concepts for digital campaigns, advertising, presentations, sales and marketing collaterals, events, social media and more.
- Create illustrations, iconography, infographics and other visuals to convey the customer value of the Innovaccer platform, products and solutions.
- Design event related collaterals like booth graphics and giveaways to drive audience engagement.
- Produce and edit videos and animation.
- Create and maintain the Innovaccer brand guide

**What You Need**
- Design educational background is preferred, but we are open to a variety of backgrounds as long as you can demonstrate qualifications with your portfolio.
- Preferably 3-6 years of professional web design experience.
- Experience in designing and building websites/products and features on mobile and web
- Bachelor’s in graphic design or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
- A strong portfolio that showcases aesthetic awareness and design problem solving abilities.
- A high level of proficiency using Adobe products like InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- A basic working knowledge of screen design tools like Sketch.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
- The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.
- An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital.
- Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
