Never heard of Revelstoke before? That’s okay It’s an idyllic mountain town nestled between the Selkirk and Monashee Mountain ranges, along the Columbia River. Revelstoke is in-between Calgary, AB, and Vancouver, BC, on the Trans-Canada Highway.

IT Support Administrator
- has experience as an IT administrator, is self-motivated, adept at multi-tasking, and demonstrates strong
- teamwork skills. You will assist in developing and maintaining our IT systems, with a focus on supporting
- Cronometer staff and ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

- This role is based in Revelstoke and requires in-office presence due to the nature of staff support
- involved.**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitating staff onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Provisioning and maintaining laptops (MacOS).
- Managing phone provisioning.
- Administering Office365.
- Conducting asset tagging.
- Ensuring compliance with Company IT security policies.
- Performing corporate AWS maintenance.

What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional IT administration or sysadmin experience.
- Degree or Certificate in a computer-related field.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.

Nice to have:
- Experience with New Relic/Datadog monitoring.
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure provisioning.
- Familiarity with MDM platforms.
- Experience with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, VNC, etc.).
- Proficiency in Perl/Bash scripting.
- Exposure to ISO Audit processes.
- Previous Linux administration experience.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
