Based Salesman - FMCG Products (Lucknow)

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell Blacfeast products (, Masala,, etc.) to retailers, grocery shops, and distributors in assigned areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and retail partners.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and report sales updates to the management.
- Identify new market opportunities and onboard new retailers.
- Ensure product visibility and availability in the local market.
- Collect feedback from customers to improve sales and marketing strategies.

**Earnings (Commission-Based)**:

- Earn **attractive commission per product sold**.
- **The more you sell, the more you earn — no income limit**:

- Additional **bonus and rewards** for achieving monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10th pass (any graduate preferred).
- Must have **good communication skills** and a **confident personality**.
- Prior **FMCG sales experience** (optional but preferred).
- Should have **own bike/scooter and smartphone**.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and passionate about sales.
- Familiar with Lucknow market areas.
