**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Complaint Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating with relevant departments.
- **Order Management**: Process customer orders, handle order modifications, cancellations, and updates, and track order statuses to outlets.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken in the CRM system.
- **Escalation Management**: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up and resolution.
- **Feedback Gathering**: Record and report customer feedback to help improve services and processes.
- **Quality Assurance**: Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or order management role (1-2 years preferred).
- **Languages**: Proficiency in [**English, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi Etc.**]
- **Availability**: Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
