Designation: Business Development Executive/ Inside Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Communicating with Clients, running outbound campaigns, responding and following up on leads.
2. Understanding Clients' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
4. Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
5. Using CRM tools like Outreach & Zoho to create and maintain a database of current and potential clients.
6. Staying informed about competing products and services.
7. Researching and identifying new market opportunities and qualifying for new leads.
8. Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.

**Requirements**:
1. Good communication skills (both Verbal & Written)
2. Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
3. Ability to learn new things.
4. Willing to work in US shift/timings
5. Setting up appointments/ meetings.
6. Good presentation skills.
7. Knowledge in Word, Excel, Google Docs, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
8. Basic - level understanding of different technologies and tech stacks
10. Cold calling experience in US region is a big plus
11. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
