We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerk to join our team in Kurali, Mohali. As a Clerk, you will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks and supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle routine office tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain and update records.
- Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
- Ensure office equipment is well-maintained and operational.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Required Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Word.
- Good knowledge of computer operations and office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative or data entry role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
