Roles & responsibilities:

- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing the filing system.
- Recording every visit and meeting information as needed in daily activity.
- Handling Daily meeting schedules and managing calendar, reminders & working to handle those meetings output.
- Greeting visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Organizing routes/ transport needs as required for Veerji and Ma’am.
- Coordinating events/ functions/ visits as necessary.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Maintaining Employee record files/ help record/ news record file/ nursing college letter file record/ shelter request record/ Letter head records.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases of inhabitants.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,183.83 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
