Kaizen Films is a video and photo production company located in Chembur east, Mumbai. Our team of experts experiment with various photo and video tools to create unique content for all our clients. We have worked with various organizations from corporate, commercial and creative backgrounds. We recently shot photos and videos across 30 destinations in Madhya Pradesh for MP Tourism, behind the scene videos for over 80 ad-films with leading production houses and ad agencies. We do complete photo and video production. At Kaizen Films, we aim to create magic with every piece of content we produce.

Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor located in Kurla, Mumbai. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing, assembling recorded raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting. This includes selecting, combining and synchronizing the best takes to create the final cut, and incorporating various styles, such as interviews, soundtracks, and animation. The Video Editor will collaborate with the production team to ensure that the final product meets the client's expectations.

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a video editor in a fast-paced video production environment

Excellent knowledge of video editing software, such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere, and Davinci Resolve

Experience with color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics

Excellent communication skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams

Attention to detail and good organizational skills to handle multiple tasks

Bachelor's degree or higher in Film Studies, Communications, or a related field

A strong portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality video projects on time and within budget

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Video Production: 1 year (preferred)
