Urgent Opening for Tendering Executive for Chembur location

**Job Title**: Tendering Executive

**Office Location**: Chembur, Mumbai

We are looking for tendering manager for Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information’s to top management to get approval for bidding also attending pre bid meetings & seeking clarifications from clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Pre-Qualification of tender document.
- Vendor Registration with various Govt. & Semi-Govt. Organizations.
- Tender Monitoring/Searching online tenders on Govt. & Semi-Govt
- Procurement portals and private firm procurement portal.
- Mapping of DSC and renewing of DSC as and when required.
- Taking part in online and offline tenders.
- Tender submission online/physical, client meeting, arrangement of meeting, Verification, FAT, SAT etc.
- Floating an enquiry and collection of offer with vendor negotiation, Analysis & Price comparison, updating costing works.
- Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties.
- To prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.
- Preparing of technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
- Scrutiny of tender documents.
- Evaluate the tenders with Commercial conditions and Technical specifications. Pricing / Estimation / Costing (Preparation of Rate analysis) Preparation of Technical / Commercial Bid documents with logical risk factor pricing.
- Responsible for timely submission of tenders and its follow up.
- Should be good in techno commercial and legal/Regulatory terms and conditions of RFPs / Tenders.
- Follow-up with clients for EMD & SD Refund etc.
- Making Quotations, Vendor Registrations.
- To ensure that tender submission is standardized in terms of format, font, logo etc. and in line with customer’s tender requirements.

**Skills Needed**:

- Degree in business or any other field related to the position
- 3+ years of Practical experience in a similar position is an advantage
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools like Word & Excel

**Qualification**:

- A graduation/degree from affiliated school/College
- 3+ Years’ of experience
- Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience.
