**Role Overview**

We are looking for a passionate and persuasive **Telecaller** to join our fundraising and outreach team. Your voice will be the first connection many people have with Deepalaya—you’ll help spread awareness, build donor relationships, and inspire contributions that fuel our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, and partners.
- Clearly communicate Deepalaya’s mission, programs, and impact stories.
- Encourage one-time and recurring donations through compelling conversations.
- Follow up with interested individuals and maintain donor engagement.
- Handle inbound queries related to donations, volunteering, and partnerships.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, donor details, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to meet monthly targets.
- Share updates and success stories with donors to build long-term relationships.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi (additional languages a plus).
- Prior experience in telecalling, fundraising, or sales preferred.
- Preference will be given to applicants holding a BSW or MSW
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Passion for social impact and community development.
